# WHO AM I
I’m Altay Turan, a Junior Game Developer living in
Bursa, Turkey. Currently, I am an intern at POW Games and also developing games with my friends.
I am a 3rd
grade Computer Engineering student at
Uludag University.
And I'm the founder of Digital Game Design Student Society also known as
ULUDOTT
# CAREER SUMMARY
My programming adventure started when I graduated from high school.
I researched some programming languages and decided to learn Python.
I programmed some small projects and learned the basics of programming and Python.
Then I started to university.
There were lots of student societies at Uludag University and they were working on amazing projects.
There were lots of options but I was looking for some programming projects.
Then I found "ULUCOPTER".
They were working on UAV (Unmanned Aerial Vehicle) and they were looking for a programmer.
After a little interview, they accepted me to the team.
While working on UAV, I improved my Python skills.
Then I started to wonder about other fields of programming.
I built some websites, mobile apps and finally met with Game Development.
I found a game jam and gathered a team which has 3 members.
None of us knew Unity and C# but we had 6 days to learn.
Unfortunately, we couldn't finish the game but we learned a lot.
Then I started to develop games and loved it.
Right now I'm fully focused on this field.
For that matter, I founded Uludağ University Digital Game Design Student Society with my friends.
